Refund and Warranty Exchange
- Refunds are valid ONLY up to 30 days after purchase.
- Warranty exchanges can only be made for the same SKU, unless we do not have the SKU available.
- Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all refunds and warranty claims.
- Customer needs to provide a photo for a refund or an exchange.
- If customer receives the wrong item or a defective item, Evutec will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If customer wants a refund they are responsible for shipping.
- Warranty claims are only for one-year manufacturer defects on items: case fraying, peeling, vent mount not working, etc.
