• Refunds are valid ONLY up to 30 days after purchase.
  • Warranty exchanges can only be made for the same SKU, unless we do not have the SKU available.
  • Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all refunds and warranty claims.
  • Customer needs to provide a photo for a refund or an exchange.
  • If customer receives the wrong item or a defective item, Evutec will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If customer wants a refund they are responsible for shipping.
  • Warranty claims are only for one-year manufacturer defects on items: case fraying, peeling, vent mount not working, etc.
