• Electronic Newsletter policy: Users who agree to join our site through providing an email will be given the choice of receiving our electronic newsletter. Evutec collects the email addresses of users who voluntarily sign up to receive these newsletters via email.
• Forum/Blog policy: To participate in Evutec forums and blogs the user must register separately if they wish to post in forums and blogs. The user does not need to register for this free option in order to visit the site.
• Surveys: Evutec seasonally conducts surveys in order to understand and accommodate our viewers’ needs. The information we gather about a specific individual user is never shared with any third party.

Usage Tracking:

Evutec tracks user traffic patterns throughout our site. However, we do not correlate this information with the information taken from our individual users. Evutec does collect information in accordance to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type. We do this by recording this information from information contained in the user’s browser.

Evutec occasionally tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in the Search function. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like, never to track an individual user or an individual users personal actions. This information is gathered to see how each website page is doing. This helps us in creating a more user-friendly site.

At Evutec keeping our customers personal financial information safe and secure is of the utmost important to us. We keep your confidentiality and financial security by:

Return Policy for Evutec

• The customer must send the product back within fifteen days of the products arrival to destination.
• All return products must be securely packed in freight when shipped back for return.
• The Customer assumes all loss or damage that may occur in transit.
• Product must be returned in full set.
• RMA request(s) for credit and/or exchange can be refused at LLCases' discretion.
• Customer will be notified for any out-of-warranty product(s), physical damaged product(s), and non-Evutec product(s) that received.
