Since our inception, in 2012, Evutec has firmly believed that materials matter. That’s why we incorporate premium fabric and genuine leather into our Northill Series watch bands. Each band has a thoughtfully selected color palette, which includes leather accents, hand stitched fabric, and a supple leather inner band, which come together to create a stylish and comfortable watch band.
Refunds are valid ONLY up to 30 days after purchase.
Warranty exchanges can only be made for the same SKU, unless we do not have the SKU available.
Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all refunds and warranty claims.
Customer needs to provide a photo for a refund or an exchange.
If customer receives the wrong item or a defective item, Evutec will cover the cost of return shipping.
If customer wants a refund they are responsible for shipping.
Warranty claims are only for one-year manufacturer defects on items: case fraying, peeling, vent mount not working, etc.

Does my case come with a warranty?
For product purchased outside of the United States, please refer to your local authorized distributor or retailer. Evutec products purchased from authorized retailers in the United States are covered by a limited product warranty (Limited Warranty) for a 1-year period following the original date of purchase (Warranty Period). This limited warranty does not cover product that has been purchased from any source other than Evutec or an Evutec authorized retailer in the United States. Evutec is not responsible for any products made by anyone other than Evutec including counterfeit Evutec products, smartphones, tablets, or other portable electronic devices. Evutec is not responsible for any repair, replacement or cost of such electronic devices or property that comes into contact with Evutec products. Warranty claims are approved at Evutec’s sole discretion, Evutec will either replace the defective product, repair it so it is returned to its original specifications, or refund the purchase price within 30 days of Evutec authorization as determined by Evutec. Evutec will cover the cost of replacing or repairing the product and shipping it from Evutec to the consumer. If the original product is no longer available or out of stock, Evutec reserves the right to replace the defective product with a replacement product of equal or greater value
The following is not covered by Evutec’s limited warranty:
Normal wear and tear • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use • Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance • Product that has been modified or altered • Any product that is not manufactured by Evutec (including, without limitation, any non-Evutec product that is used in connection with the Product) • Any Product that is not purchased from an Evutec authorized retailer • Damage to your property or device while using an Evutec product
This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser of the applicable Evutec product. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer in the form of the original purchase receipt or packing slip is required for warranty validation and service. Warranty claims must be made directly to Evutec. Please note that Evutec cannot be held liable, in any manner, for damages to your personal property resulting from any use, misuse or improper care and maintenance of the Evutec product cases.
